Your initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to gain a deep understanding of your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. This 60–90 minute appointment provides the time and space to thoughtfully explore your mental health history, current symptoms, medical and personal background, relationships, lifestyle, and the factors that may be influencing your well-being.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we take a whole-person approach to understand the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns that shape your overall mental health. This careful and individualized assessment allows for a thoughtful, accurate diagnosis and serves as the foundation for personalized care.

Treating ages 3 and older with a wide variety of conditions.

Follow-up appointments are designed to provide ongoing, personalized support as you progress through treatment. These 30-45 minute sessions offer dedicated time to review your symptoms, monitor your response to treatment, evaluate medication effectiveness, and make thoughtful adjustments as your needs evolve. Your overall well-being remains the focus, ensuring your treatment plan continues to align with your goals and lifestyle. During sessions, supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy is applied during our sessions to help you navigate life’s challenges, strengthen coping skills, and promote lasting emotional wellness.
